GuardianEdge Product Life Cycle Policy

GuardianEdge is committed to providing advanced notification of planned changes in product availability and support. This information helps customers and partners with product planning and information technology decisions.

When it is necessary to retire a product or end maintream support for a particular version of that product, GuardianEdge will provide no less than six (6) months advance notice. Once this grace period has elapsed, GuardianEdge will discontinue all email and telephone support services for the retired product.
